ReflexClient CRM

Synchronisation with your external calendar

The ReflexClient application offers you the ability to sync your professional CRM calendar with an external calendar (Outlook or Google).

By allowing ReflexClient to connect to your external calendar, you grant ReflexClient the explicit permission to access certain data from your calendar.

ReflexClient will be able to retrieve the full list of your calendars in order to let you choose which calendar to sync.

Some appointment data from your external calendar (ID, title, start and end dates, list of attendee email addresses) are also retrieved locally on your computer by ReflexClient through APIs specific to each platform, in order to apply our synchronisation algorithm between your calendar and the CRM calendar.

Once synchronised with your CRM calendar, this data is centralised on the ReflexClient database server which is hosted your company or by a third-party host chosen by your company.

For more information about the hosting of your ReflexClient database, please contact your internal IT manager.

The ReflexClient editor company, Volume Software SAS, does not collect your data for commercial purposes and does not resell it to third-party companies.

ReflexClient gives you the option to revoke the access to your external agenda by deleting the destination in the synchronisation parameters.

VS Mobile

This section provides information about the data collected by the apps forming our « VS Mobile » range of applications.

Thanks to its architecture, our mobile apps communicate only and directly with the Web servers hosted by our customers or their third-party host.

This communication between our mobile apps and the application servers hosted by our customers is crucial in order to enable the exchange of business data and access rights.

Our web services which make this communication possible are secured with the HTTPS as well as an authentication system per user profile.

To access business data from our mobile apps, users must login with their own ERP user account, where they are required to enter their login and password. These credentials are encrypted in the mobile device.

In the profile registration and connection phase, technical data related to the mobile device (model, operating system and screen resolution) are sent to the application server in order to ease the identification of the device for our customers IT administrators.

For each connection attempt and each attempt to access one of our Web services hosted by our customers, activity logs (profile identifiers, timestamps, name of Web service, connection result, etc.) are saved in the database.

For more information about the storage management of this data, we encourage you to contact the internal IT manager of your company.

The VS Mobile editor company, Volume Software SAS, does not collect your data for commercial purposes and does not resell it to third-party companies.

VS Commercial

With the exception of the data transmitted by the common VS Mobile core mentioned above, no other data is transmitted.
