This version enriches the user experience with the <strong>new concept of business deals<\/strong> which replaces opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">Let&#8217;s see what it&#8217;s all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business deals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">As stated in our introductory text, sales opportunities were replaced by <strong>business deals<\/strong>. These benefit from a <strong>new screen<\/strong> and offer <strong>new features<\/strong>. The notions of business deal number and variant, as well as the indicators displayed on the right, are detailed in dedicated sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">The lower left part <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vce-acc-color\">\u2461<\/span> enables you to enter the information about the <strong>target company<\/strong> of the business deal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"txtjust wp-block-list\"><li>The <strong>company<\/strong>, required.<\/li><li>The <strong>facility<\/strong> within the company, where appropriate.<\/li><li>The <strong>group<\/strong>, automatically retrieved of the company is attached to a group.<\/li><li>Your <strong>contact<\/strong> inside the company.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">The lower right part <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vce-acc-color\">\u2462<\/span> allows you to inform the <strong>business deal details<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"txtjust wp-block-list\"><li>A <strong>business deal manager<\/strong>, in your company.<\/li><li>An <strong>umbrella project<\/strong> for the business deal.<br>Clicking on the selector will display the list of existing projects and allow the creation\/modification\/deletion of projects. Note that the notion of project can apply to different companies for which we would like to regroup business deals.<\/li><li>The business deal <strong>family<\/strong>, for example the &#8220;Packaging&#8221; or &#8220;POS&#8221; families in the cardboard business.<\/li><li>The business deal <strong>origin<\/strong>, in order to specify the channel which brought the deal, e.g. &#8220;Website&#8221;, &#8220;Advertisement&#8221; or &#8220;Fair&#8221;.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business deal numbers and variants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business deal number<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">The business deal numbering is performed when ReflexClient communicates with the server. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">This works as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"txtjust wp-block-list\"><li>When I create the business deal, the number is not assigned yet:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variants<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">Just like it is possible to create estimate variants in your ERP (e.g. technical, colour, quantity variants), you can also create business deal variants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-creation-variante.png\" class=\"txtjust\">The variant creation duplicates the <strong>header information<\/strong> of the original business deal (company, manager, \u2026).<br>By default, this is the <strong>main variant<\/strong> but the &#8220;Main variant&#8221; checkbox offers the ability to select the variant to display as the main variant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">The concept of main variant is particularly useful in the <strong>calculation of the total amount of business deals<\/strong>, displayed at the bottom of the business list:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a class=\"txtjust\">In order not to skew calculations by adding multiple times to amounts relating to the same deal, <strong>only the main variants are totalized<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">Nonetheless, ReflexClient offers you the ability to select a group of business deals. Their total amount will be displayed on the same line, after &#8220;Selection&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Performance Indicators (KPI)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-affichage-KPI.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-7\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"399\" height=\"329\" src=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-affichage-KPI.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2463\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-affichage-KPI.png 399w, https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-affichage-KPI-190x157.png 190w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">In the upper right part of the window, <strong>two new visual indicators<\/strong> are now available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"txtjust wp-block-list\"><li>The first indicates the status of the business deal, as well as its inactivity.<\/li><li>The second indicates the business deal amount and its chances of success.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The various statuses are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table txtjust\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Status<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Background colour<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Definition<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Open<\/td><td>The box colour is based on the business deal activity: if it was <strong>just created<\/strong> or <strong>modified in the current week<\/strong>, the business deal is displayed <strong>in green<\/strong>:<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"130\" height=\"98\" src=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-statut-active.png\" alt=\"\"><br><br>If the business deal <strong>remains inactive for several weeks<\/strong>, it will progressively turn to <strong>red<\/strong>:<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-statut-inactive.png\" alt=\"\"><\/td><td>This is an ongoing business deal.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Won<\/td><td>A <strong>won<\/strong> business deal displays against a <strong>bright green<\/strong> background:<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-statut-gagne.png\" alt=\"\"><\/td><td>The deal is won and the box automatically displays the <strong>date of signature<\/strong>.<br><strong>The reason is not required<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Lost<\/td><td>A <strong>lost<\/strong> business deal displays against a <strong>bright red<\/strong> background: <br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-statut-perdue.png\" alt=\"\"><\/td><td>The deal is lost.<br><strong>The reason is required<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Aborted<\/td><td>An <strong>aborted<\/strong> business deal displays against a <strong>bright red<\/strong> background: <br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.volume-software.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/affaires-statut-abandonnee.png\" alt=\"\"><\/td><td>The deal is aborted.<br><strong>The reason is required<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">The second box displays the <strong>entered amount for the business deal<\/strong>, or &#8220;Turnover not evaluated&#8221; if there isn&#8217;t any input amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">The colour of this box depends on the <strong>chances of success of the business deal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">If the business is won or lost\/aborted, this box will be of the same colour as the business deal status indicator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">However, if the business is open, this box will reflect the chances of success of the business deal: from red for a deal with low prospects of success to green for a deal which will most certainly be successful. Chances of success are materialized by <strong>a percentage and a circle which is more or less completed<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><img the business deal amount was not entered, this box will <strong>will remain grey<\/strong> as long as the deal is open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales steps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">The sales steps that you know <strong>were kept<\/strong> in the lower part of the screen, with <strong>a refreshed design<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image steps based on the context in order, for example, to display a reduced number of steps when dealing with a renewal scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"txtjust\">Once the business deal scenario selected, the screen will display the corresponding <strong>sales steps<\/strong>.<br>Double-click on a step (or select it and click on &#8220;Modify&#8221;) to open the sales step modification
