ReflexClient CRM© is a Customer Relation Management software integrated in VoluPack / VoluPrim.
ReflexClient CRM© manages companies, groups, contacts, sales opportunities and actions.
ReflexClient CRM© is a veritable roamer and accompanies the sales force when travelling.
On return to the office or when a connection is set up, it automatically synchronizes with the server, thus ensuring data integrity.
The companies
ReflexClient CRM© enables you to manage your
- suspects, prospects, customers
- suppliers, partners, competitors
Numerous means of categorizing available (environment, potential, activity sector, etc…) which make the work of the sales force easier.
You can use a customized complementary information screen to enter all types of information not originally planned.
You can input structured memoranda, thus enabling information exchange between the different sales people.
These memoranda can include links to other documents (Word, Excel, etc…)
You have a help system to enter localities, post codes and telephone numbers.
The contacts
Contacts are actual people working for companies or centres
There are also complementary information screens and memoranda notepads, just like for companies.
In addition a "smart" search makes it possible to find a name spelled approximately or by a phonetic method (also exists for companies).
Search results are classified by order of relevance.
This order is shown by bars (to the left).
The sales opportunities
Sales opportunities represent potential business portfolios for sales people.
Each sales opportunity comprises different steps defined in configurable scenarios.
For each sales step, the sales person indicates the changes or the total sum of the business and his/her estimate on the chances of winning the order.
He/she also specifies the scheduled signing date.
This estimate is converted into a graduated scale in the list: the greater the number of bars, the better the chance of success.
The actions
ReflexClient CRM© traces all employee and sales force actions.
You can follow these actions: telephone calls, letters, faxes, e-mails, meetings, events, miscellaneous tasks.
A level of priority, a maturity data and a status (to do, in progress, completed, abandoned) are associated with each action.
Once again, memoranda can be written to make remarks, visit reports, etc…
The inter-company relations
You can display on the spot, using a company datasheet:
- The companies in a group
- The subsidiaries (with the percentage of capital held)
- Nearby companies (to optimize travel)
- Your competitors and partners in relation to this company
- The competitors, partners and suppliers of this company
- Nearby restaurants and hotels
You can navigate from one company to another with a click.
You can also create your own types of relations.
The customized lists
ReflexClient CRM© helps you compose fully parameterable lists from companies and actions.
The result from the list can be exported to Microsoft Excel©.
For example, you can extract the data related to a department or a sector of activity to send a mail to your customers using the mailing function integrated with Microsoft Word©.
You can create as many distribution lists as you want and then process them for special occasions (invitations, price list changes, etc...)
The geographical localization
Access to a certain number of web services from a company:
- Hotels, restaurants and vehicle rental companies nearby, with their address and an access map.
- Maps and routes, possibly with a satellite view.
